As with all things, depends upon the individual HOWEVER...
the Asian cultures have perfected a dress style that ROUTINELY stops Western males in their tracks.
I'm referring to both the long or short versions of a embroidered silken Quipao / Cheongsam
'Dragon Lady' dress. This works especially well for most Asian women's figures!

I once had a petite Fiancée' and in the dead of Winter in Vermont, I took her to an upscale restaurant.
She was bundled in full length winter coat but wearing a full-length, high slit bodycon Quipao beneath her coat with sheer-to-the-waist hosiery---

After being shown to our table, I helped her remove her coat and the dining room FELL SILENT!
She became the very object of wrapt male fantasy attention...
when she excused herself to the restroom, EVEN OTHER WOMEN were coming up to her
to sincerely compliment her!!! Males in the room ACHED to be the one taking her home ~ ;)

i've seen, I believe, extremely hot members of all racial ethnicities. If you're to expect to find an East Asian girl to have the body and or proportions of a Cuban/PuertoRican/Carribean.. be prepared to put some effort into that, it's not part of their genetic makeup.

But man have I see some very beautiful bodies originating from Eastern Asia

Often.  my recollection is you like thicker women. There are thicker East Asian women... but more in North America. They tend to be thinner in Asia due to diet and local expectations.

Yes, most of the physical traits men are attracted to are the traits that make women look young (clear/soft skin, bright eyes, small/slim figure, etc.) So yes, especially the girl in the picture.
