Nails are an indicator of your health status. Low zinc in a mother for example can cause a myriad of birth defects including down syndrome. Low zinc will make nails look hideous. So yes looks matter, but to me it only matters if they look bad. I dont have a nail fetish or anything so i dont really have a preference for long, short, polished or natural nails.

As a male, I do love nice hands and especially nice nails on a woman! I prefer acrylics medium to longer length and painted or French. Thanks!

I personally like mine short and I like clear polish, nudes, light pinks, and light tans. Then again, I wear nice jewerly, so I like for it to be the focal point.
