I would have to see it. But without seeing it I'd say it's probably OK. It's a matter of opinion though, and the opinion of the boss matters more than my opinion.
Since you asked the question, it means you know it might not be OK. Just to make a point, in the business world you generally want as many things in your favor as possible. If something might not be OK, then you are violating the idea of getting as many things in your favor as possible. That does NOT mean you should not do it. That does not mean you should be a total kiss-ass. You need to be yourself. I'm just making a point.
Umm I know for a fact that is way more makeup than just lipstick, there are ZERO blemishes on her face and her lips have gloss and she has either a thin flick, double flick, or Classic bar eyeliner for her upper eyelids. I'm also presuming this isn't you either. Me just being nitpicky sorry, still too much for anything normal like a coffee shop maybe for a really high class coffee shop or bar though.
I just dont like it when people pretend this is how people always look (minus the lipstick). When you say no makeup just lipstick and show a picture of a modle who is all decked out in makeup, it just gives a false expectation of reality and can hurt peoples self esteem cause they think this is their natural potential (minus the lipstick). Just grinds my gears.
It may be a bit different since people don't usually wear it to work. However I don't see why not, it's just lipstick and people just run with the whole "it's what whores wear" narrative because they have nothing else to say. Do you.
It should be fine. You said you work at a coffee shop so there is more leeway. That shade will look super pretty on you and a berry red tone - try it. That make up in the image is perfect.
Of course it depends on the place of work. At a coffee shop, it's more acceptable than in certain corporate environments. I'd say go for it, and if you get comments from your manager, then you get your answer. But in general, bright red lipstick is not meant for professional settings since it's meant to be more 'seductive' than 'professional'.

I think it's sexy, do it, your 17 and look like a beautiful young woman from your dp, just make sure that if the results are too strong, you'll use protection. When I was 19, I used to wear my kickboxing t-shirt to work on purpose. These years are the ones to have fun!
You work to het higher salary. It depends how your boss thinks. Suppose if he likes pretty girls and raises their salary based on their beauty. Then u can put on bold colours to impress him and get paid more. Else if he is like giving preference to smart and dedicated people not their pretty face then ur efforts will be in vain.
I don't find anything wrong with it. It's a sense of style, or method of expression. Especially if the wearer looks good in that color. Equally, all girls don't look the same in an attention-grabbing lip shade. Any girl can put on red lipstick, the impact made depends on her features: nice lips, thin lips, full lips, mouth shape, teeth, etc.
I think I'm one of the few guys that actually finds red lipstick atrocious. It makes the girl look like a clown to me. I much prefer natural lip colour. A little lip balm doesn't hurt either.

I think it is okay for working in a coffee shop. Some coffee shops may have their own dress codes, but generally just looking friendly is the only real requirement.
Unless it's specified in the rule book that it's not ok, then it is ok. That said, observe the level of make up your fellow co-workers wear. Also worse case scenario, your boss says it's not appropriate and you just need to wipe it off.
Beats me. I don't have a clue about makeup even though I worked for one of the largest global cosmetics companies in the world for four years (in the business part).
I'm not a fan of it, and I'm having a hard time imagining it looking good in the absence of anything else, which means it's going to draw everybody's attention, probably not for the best reasons.
Of course it usually looks okay but a coffee shop is the wrong setting for a bright red lipstick especially if you work there, But you can just ask your boss.
