She looks basic as f*ck! What the hell! Her eyes are the prettiest thing about her. Other than that, she's like a 6.5 in my opinion. Hell, I'm an ugly mofo and I dated girls prettier than that! Or at least. just as pretty, and with less makeup. Speaking of which, without makeup, this girl's like, a 4. Whatever survey or poll this was, it was obviously rigged! Nothing against this girl, but "most beautiful girl in the world" are extremely high standards to live up to, and she's not even a 7.

I hate to criticize anyone's appearance but most beautiful girl in the world is such an outlandish statement. I find it hard to believe those lips are natural and her chin is way too pointy for my taste. She does have a Bitchy Resting Face though, which is generally an attractive feature for me.
