no, from my perspective they are in no way flattering for a male. the way they hug you like tights. not trying to be rude at all clearly you are in great shape and work hard on your body but the pants aren't doing you any favors

You'd say the biggest problem about these jeans is how they fit on my butt? Cuz despite how tight it is, I think my legs look cool, my butt is what is making me look and think like "this is too much". I'm asking this cuz I was thinking about wearing these jeans with a long shirt, covering my butt. You think it'll look ok in this case or still better not?
Not unless you plan on standing all day. If you did the splits, bent over too far, or sat down they would split up the middle.
I can’t speak for every woman, this is just my opinion but dude those are way too tight, like jeggings. You can still find pants with a good, skinny fit but just not those.

But about your request, I can't cuz it'd just be irresponsible and not necessarily useful to you (cuz what works for me may not work at all for you). The ideal is having a professional supervising you, then you'll have a training that's made for you and someone making sure you're doing things right (so you won't injury yourself).
But to at least try to give you an answer, try keeping to the basic: squats, deadlifts, stiffs and leg press, just to give some examples. The basic always works
