No I try not to. Even it's something that won't fall off and get lost like a necklace it will get tarnished and earrings are easy to get lost and rip out if you're not careful.

True, I only wear piercings but never anything that dangles because I have this fear of it getting snagged on something while I'm swimming underwater.
