When getting some serious exercise laps in, a 1-pc competition suit is what I'd use.
When I'm not planning to exercise, 2-pc for relaxing is what I usually wear.
On the way to the beach or a swimming pool away from home, I'd cover up with a track suit or t-shirt & shorts.
It depends on the beach- I prefer nude beaches, in which case I wear nothing. On other beaches it depends on the vibe- lots of family I'll wear trunks with a 5" inseam. Mostly adults or overseas? I'll wear a speedo.

I like the cute 1 pieces that look like dresses. They look cute to me. Flattering but not over sharing.

I have a couple pairs of swim trunks that are so old I got them at Abercrombie & Fitch, but I still wear them because I’m feeling myself for still fitting in them 20 years later😂

Definitely a bikini. I may wear some swim booty shorts as a coverup or another form of coverup sometimes. Mostly, it's 100% a bikini though.

2-piece when swimming. For hanging out near a beach or pool I usually also wear daisy dukes a crop top and sandals.
