I always find ankle straps distracting, but in this case it looks more like an ankle bracelet, so I like them. If you can handle the height of the heel and have outfits to match, go for it.

For most men, if you show us yourself modeling panties and a bra, we will get turned on, but showing us your shoes does not have the same effect. Not for most of us.
Not for me. Any time a woman has to hide her feet, it is not sexy at all. If her feet are sexy, she should show them. If they are not, then hiding them won't make them sexy anyway.
It a shoe, it doesn't do anything for me. Unless you wear something silly like a clown shoe it doesn't matter what you put on your feets. It's your body that is either sexy or not.
Dillard's goes back to the 70's!! They were in a few shopping malls that got closed over the years. But I would have to say that what they are put with would determine if they are sexy.
Not to me... it'd just make you a liability, to say nothing of potential injuries... if you want to look venerable and have a tigher butt then make body language alterations and do butt exercises.

They got a 5-star review and the memory foam suggests that, for reasonable 4-inch stilettos, they are comfortable. For $90, yeah, I think these in black are versatile, classy, and likely comfortable, and a good deal.
If you find that these black ones wear well, consider getting the Santorini Red or Casey Pop Pink. The pink isn't so versatile, but the red will be practically as sexy as the black, just not as versatile as the black. That said, the red may be good for you personally.
I don't really have an opinion on shoes. I do however have an opinion on prices and if you have cause to wear them frequently I would not object to such a reasonably priced skin window.
