He's controversial. He says things many people are thinking but don't want to say themselves. It's like how when "cyber bully" YouTube channels were popular they'd take off so quickly because people wanted that controversial content but it's frowned up so they rush to whoever has the balls to do it

Why he is so popular? He did that video average at best which went viral but the reason he is so popular is because he is speaking 100% true facts. Society has been lying to women and men for years and now he has the platform to go worldwide. Plus this conversation started years ago with radio show talk show host Tom Leykis and now there are many men talking about men's issues and Kevin is at the front of the line.

He says what a lot of men wanna say but will get their head bit off if they do (and men should grow backbones already). He also doesn't tiptoe on eggshells holding his callers' hands because they're stupidly sensitive either over truth or his tone, and if anyone thinks his tone is offensive... get some thicker skin already. You being offended is your problem. Plus his advice doesn't suck.
