The double-chin and sculpted jaw are masculine features which are not attractive to men, who are usually attracted to feminine features; however, if they are female their body can override this with natural curves and grace.

There is nothing unsightly about it, it's just masculine - which is why you see guys commenting that it looks like a dude, because it has many male anatomical features.
