Wow. I didn’t expect so many comments.
I’m basically hoping for the typical Disney Princess length for my SO. (Which does not include Repunzel. lol) I love hair lengths that give a princess or goddess look.
Also I’d like to add that I would love to help wash, comb, and dry my future wife’s hair if she wants, just like helping by washing each other’s backs. Showering/bathing together to me is a time for actually helping each other, and not just intimacy.

Well, I guess the right term would be “classic” for Disney Princess length, not “typical”. Like Cinderella or Ariel.

I like my hair anywhere between armpit and classic. Something about long hair just makes me feel like a goddess. But to answer the question you asked another poster about what makes hair that length hard to manage: unless cut in layers it’s hard to actually style long hair it limits your options but it also widens them to styles that just don’t work on short hair. Also the excess weight depending on how thick your hair is causes strain on your neck. I’ve also noticed among certain groups of women that more traditional/old fashioned or religious women tend to keep their hair at your desired length so maybe it will help to keep that in mind when searching for your desired woman :)

Oh my Lord! Rapunzel is alive and well. It takes way too much time and trouble to take care of hair that long. Where are you going to wash that mane, in a horse trough? What are you going to use to dry it? A blow torch? And what are your going to comb it with, a dethatching rake? I can just see all the split ends needing a hedge trimmer. I bet it's weight would give her neck cramps. I guess it's pick your length time.

It depends on the type of hair. I'm not a fan of super long hair, so I'd say mid back to waist length max for straight hair; bra strap to mid back length for wavy or moderately curly hair; neck to shoulder length for really curly hair.

There are some really cute short styles for all types of hair. The style of cut is what matters.

Nothing longer than mid back.. then it takes too long and too much effort to maintain for me and I will have it up most of the time anyway.
I am mostly between neck and armpit length. I like my hair at different lengths and just like to change it up now and then.

keeping it nice looking.. at least my hair gets worse if it is longer.. split ends, gets dry and so. I do think there is something about it being more affected the longer it is, at least hair longer than down the shoulders. Also depends on what you do during a normal day I guess :D.. I am pretty active and get out in all type of weather :)

I love having mine at bra-strap length! 😁 shoulder length or shorter really makes my shoulders stand out (they are quite wide an an insecurity of mine) and longer then that is unfortunately not looking to great on me personally because I have quite fine hair! But loving longer hair on girls with thicker/fuller hair!

Not sure who came up with "classic" as that would imply it's common, and I've seen very, very few women with hair that long. When it is, they've got extensions in too.

Definitely no longer than that, but no shorter than shoulder length either. Anything in between those is fine, but if I had to pick one, I guess I'd say bra-strap length.

Shoulder length is minimum for my tastes, and prefer it to be longer. Long hair on women is so beautiful and feminine, just like wearing dresses and skirts.
I myself used to have hair down to my mid back, but I wasn't a girly boy since I had a beard two fists long.

I like between shoulder and bra strap length, but not only that length. It really depends on several things: 1) If the hair looks really nice—subjective decision, 2) the lady's neck length, and 3) proportion of upper to lower body.

As anything shorter looks like cancer patient or unnatural colour hair Karen, or/and lesbian, that thinks that all men have to be her slaves or killed.

Anything longer, she does not care about her haircut too much.

It is just my opinion, based on people I met, if you do not like it, just move on...
