Yes, Russian women are, generally, stunners.

I don't know; I've never been to Russia. But it might have to do with the Cold War-era depictions of Russian women, which depicted them as almost all ugly hags, with the handful of exceptions being ravishingly gorgeous spies. The Russia started opening up, and the West discovered that no, Russians are not, in fact, all deformed goblins. So they leapt to the opposite extreme.

I mean it's the result of inbreeding. Eurocentric beauty standards are always beautiful. Russian women don't have dark skin or dark eye colour to make them ugly

I have been in places with high population of Rusian girls and I can vouch that the proportion of Russian girls that are devilishly beautiful is much higher than many others.
