Intentional windy upskirts?

Does anyone purposefully wear skirts or dresses on a windy day just to have them get blown up for fun? Do you hold it down and do a sexy Marilyn pose or do you let it fly up and flap around?

I’m a guy and when my parents weren’t home and it was windy I’d put on my Mom’s flimsy flowy white midi skirt, go outside into the backyard and just so I can let the skirt blow up.

I loved it when it would get blown up, even seeing the skirt get lifted while feeling the elastic waistband being pulled was so fun.

Sometimes a big gust of wind would come and whoosh the skirt straight up, sometimes I’d hold it down just for fun and sometimes I just close my eyes, put my hands behind my head and let the wind just blow it right up.

And sometimes I’d even record myself and watch it later just to admire it. I just love the sight of the skirt being flapped and tossed and flung around by the wind.

I loved how the fabric of the skirt would tickle the skin on my arms and legs.

Does anyone else do this or something similar, please let me know.
