I think it might depend on who you want to attract. I think black guys would appreciate volume more as it's more like an afro but white guys and people that typically have straight hair would probably prefer length. I think people are most attracted to people that look like a feminine version of themselves.

I don’t look anything like my boyfriend lol he has brown straight hair, pale af, and small eyes meanwhile I’m short, super curly hair, tan, big eyes , and short lol

Personally I'd prefer longer length. I don't particularly like the big fluffy hair. I think it takes away from the person's face.
