I've been wanting to change my hairstyle for a while now. What hairstyle do you think would suit my face? Also, would fringes suit me?

Lots of things going on with your hair sweet girl. Firstly your hair looks frizzed, don't rub the towel into your hair, gently put it on and tie it up let water soak into the towel then take off you don't need a hair straightener your hair isn't curly. Long hair is lush to keep it healthy use conditioner, occasionally a tiny amount of hair oil, but also a hair butter mask on the hair length closer to ends to stop split ends. You’re very welcome. I’ve heard if you cut 1/8 of an inch off every once in a while you can grow it out long but it will takeoff the dead ends

have you considered going with a pink/purple spiked mohawk? or like, the mad scientist look, with it all frizzed out and standing on end like you just got shocked with one of your electrical experiments? But you could probably get away with pretty much any style that you wanted to try, I think.
