Do you think that only because a woman has a fit good body, it is excusable to wear trashy clothes?

Just because they have to show off and wants to draw attention to her. I mean not even to the person itself, the attention is mostly to the body nothing else.

I mean a lady can have a knockout body that even with clothes that are not slutty she can look good without her looking cheap.

I had this debate with some ladies about the way how JLO dresses. I do acknowledge that at formal events JLO sometimes wear nice long dresses and she look good and not trashy but other times she looks cheap in other type of clothes, revealing too much skin unnecessarily.

So one of this lady was saying defending JLO: "She is JLO, she can wear whatever she wants, she has the body to wear those clothes, she is known person, she is a singer"

And another lady responded to this friend: "Well it can be the Queen of England for what is worth but that is not an excuse to wear cheap clothes but since JLO love to draw attention well she always succeeds. So if JLO goes full commando at some event, you have to excuse her because she is JLO?" I have seen other more beautiful actresses with good bodies that never look cheap and that in events you never seen them looking slutty.

At the end the lady who defended JLO finished with: "It is so sad that women are always arguing with other women, we have to stick with each other, support each other".

I just laughed at taht last response of this lady because in my personal opinion is that just because im a woman and you are a woman that does not mean I have to agree with everything you do and say just because we share the same sex.

Yeah, unfortunately, during this day and age, women consistently, even really young girls, make the same excuses over and over again to defend their reasoning of wearing trashy clothing. We're living in a "Flaunt it if you got it" culture right now. Everywhere you go there are girls who are practically wearing bras out and about. Each decade, more and more skin is showed off.

Many girls say things like "I want to show off my abs" or "Dressing in revealing clothes makes me feel confident". As if you can't feel confident by wearing decent clothing. As if you can't feel good about your body in clothes that cover you.

I think a woman can wear what she likes even if she isn't fit.
Women often complain about how society is unfair and that men can be seen topless but they can't or that they have to wear bras and heels and on and on.
And yet it's always other women who have a problem with women dress and almost never men.
Have you ever thought that by giving people the freedom to do things without being judgmental you will in turn get the chance to do whatever you want without anyone judging you?

That is the reason taht we are different and God created us different so men and women can be different and be a balance when it comes to clothes, otherwise there would had been only one sex in the planet either man or a woman.

Don't get me wrong I'm not a supporter of most liberal ideals that only serve to destory society. But at the same time there are things that do need fixing, rules we have have imposed on eachother for no good reason for too long.

Different clothes are meant for different places. You don't wear a bespoke suit to a beach nor do you wear a bikini to a shopping mall. As long as they aren't uncomfortable for the public space its ok but going too overboard I feel is public nuisance.
