Definitely.
I usually wear a tank top and leggings with a sweatshirt and tennis shoes. If you’re going to be sitting strapped into a seat for hours, at least be comfortable. I’ve tried the whole “cute outfit” thing on many occasions and I always get so uncomfortable and it’s really not worth it.
If you want to look cute leaving the airport, you can always pack that outfit in your carryon and change in the bathroom on the way out. Sometimes I do my eyebrow and eye makeup on the plane if I’m going somewhere immediately upon arrival so that way I just have to do quick face makeup in the bathroom and change.

Yes ofc that's fine to wear to the airport. You want to wear something you'll be comfortable in, especially if the flight is long. There's no need to dress up. It's not like you're going to a job interview or something. Heck, some people even go in their pjs. Why would anyone care about what you wear as long as you're not nude? No one will bat an eye or say anything to you. If anyone does say something to you, then fuck that person. Most people have manners and know better to not bother or provoke people over something as insignificant as that
sure, as long as you are looking for a hot pilot or someone.
You have to be comfy.
I don't get all dressed up, good jeans and a nice shirt. It's fun to watch old movies, or shows like Perry Mason, everyone was all dressed up, lung rocket in 1 hand a drink in the other when they flew.
Yes you're going to be sitting on a plane for God knows how long and yes there are very comfortable you don't want something that's going Gap up you want something that's going to be kind of breathable kind of moves with your body you know what I mean

I'm going to sound old-fashioned, I don't think you should look like you just climbed out of bed and we're running behind getting to the airport. With that being said, let me put in the stipulation that it also depends on how long your flight's going to be. If you're going to be on a 10-hour flight, make yourself as comfortable as possible. If it's a 2-hour flight, Make yourself look presentable. Just my opinion
I think so absolutely. there was a time people would actually dress up to travel. it was beautiful. but then again everything has been changing. I think people should dress up more overall to look more beautiful, more elegant, and sometimes it does not take so much money to do so. wear what makes you happy and comfortable, there are many ways to make casual clothing look young, chic and pretty too
Sweats are fine.
I remember when they used to tell people not to wear plastic fibers on planes because of firey crashes and those fibers melting to you. If you survived the crash, any exposure to fire when wearing anything will be equally bad. Funny how times and views on daily life change.I would never do that. I'm too old-fashioned. Gone are the days when people took care of their appearance wherever they went, especially travelling. I wish it was still like that. I always dress to the nines when I travel. Dress pants, dress shoes, a nice jacket and button up shirt, et cetera.
I don't really care about what I wear. I can wear pyjamas in airport too and I don't care how people will look me like I am a rare weird animal species. Whatever sweatpants and joggers are perfect to wear nothing wrong.
No I miss when people would go to the airport dressed up like a suit or a dress like in the good old days. Now people wearing flip flops and looking like they just rolled out under of a rock annoys me a little. Have some class.
People used to dress up to go to the airport. Now anything goes. Go in your pajamas and nobody will bat an eye.
Makes it much easier if they need to do a body cavity search. Remember security will be profiling people and sweatpants scream drugs.
Only if you enjoy being brow beaten by passengers and accosted for your crimes against fashion by airport staff.
You're aware that how you dress ensures you have a shittier or better day than you would otherwise have had, right?I don't think you're going to get any points for fashion, but if you go on Youtube and look up "Walmartians" you'll see that wearing sweat pants in an airport isn't all that horrendous.
I've seen posts on "What not to wear on a plane" and that was one of them. I don't see why as they are comfortable and you don't have to take out any belts.
I don't see why not, especially if some find travelling to be uncomfortable, wearing joggers should make it a bit less uncomfortable.
Yes they are perfect for the airport. Both cute and comfortable. Just make sure they aren’t loose or baggy or you might get patted down by security.
Why would they not be, an airport is no where special these days, if you're flying especially international you need to be wearing something comfortable as you can be in the same seat for more than 12 hours, for example Perth to London - 9,010 miles
I think you shall be ok just remember to not do anything that is considered inappropriate or make people see you as a threat. Just wear sweats make it pass the part where people search through you and head off to your plain ride.
Yes, and without underwear.
On long haul flights in business class most airlines give you pajamas so it’s not much different than that!I work at airports and I can tell you I see passengers wearing totally inappropriate clothing all the time. Sweatpants or leggings are nothing!
Absolutely. I wear gym attire on flights all the time. As you gain altitude, fluids in your body expand so gym clothes are the way to go so you can remain comfortable.
Sure; you want to be comfortable.
I wear my hiking pants when I fly because there are lots of pockets, including on the thighs, so I don't have to have my wallet under my butt. They also have zip-off legs that I can vent if I get too hot.I didn't know there was a dress code for the airport. Then again, air travel 50 years ago would have probably frowned upon it
