UPDATE: I think that sagging your pants looks really classy and attractive. If I don’t wear the middle basketball shorts layer I just feel really underdressed.

All aspects, you see the area I spent most of my youth, those who were sagging their pants were often associated with gang culture, criminal activities, and so forth. It wasn't looked at as cool or respectful, but as a menace.

Next we have to look at the historical aspect. Sagging pants dates back to prison culture where basically if you saw a man who was sagging his pants, he was another convicts bitch. He sold his mouth and ass out to another man for protection. So why dress in a manner that basically screams prison whore.
