13yo.. for both of them..

one is 18yo and the other 16yo now..

when the 13yo was wearing thongs, her 11yo sister tried it and said it was gross coz it kept falling down (no hips) and it went up her butt crack..

teens change fast. at 13yo, the prev 11yo was into thongs and no bras all the time..

if you say NO, they will sneak it behind your back.. I did.

I started wearing thongs when I was 15. When my daughter is about 12 or 13, if she wants to wear thongs, I think that’s fine. Before that, I don’t think thongs are necessary, but if she’s insistent on wearing thongs at a younger age, I’ll probably let her buy her own.

I think whenever they want to start. My daughter is always picking at a wedgie. I often wonder if she'd be happier to have a thong and not have to think about it anymore. She's pretty young but, if she asks, no matter the age, I won't stop her.

Had the topic come up, I would have told her to wait until she's out on her own, then she can wear whatever she wants.

I don't have any daughters, but I started wearing thongs at perhaps 11-12?
I love how they look so I just asked my mum when she took me shopping when we went to the lingerie aisle and picked some cute ones out.
As long as they aren't going to be pictures circulated everywhere I believe that although it is a generally sexual item- they are very cute and if girls want to wear them, let them!

I don’t have a daughter but i started wearing them at about 12. My parents dident let me tho, I snuck them. I think as long as she is mature enough to ask and knows they are UNDERwear and not to be seen by anyone, you should offer guidance but allow it. If not she will sneak it from u and who knows what she will be doing. Dialogue is inportant

Mine is 7. When she is big enough to drive she is big enough to decide what to wear. As a physician i do not recommend thongs other than for sexual play, but that is my professional opinion.
