I love the jacket but I don't think it goes well with the blue jeans that's just me though.

A black pencil skirt with gold zipper or belt would look cuter.

For pants I'd say a different fabric might look better or skinny business pants with any boots or heels.

If your looking for a more college vibe young girl some dark shorts anywhere a little above the knee with some basic shoes or some Pantyhose or netting and some high legged boots.
