It's a normal, casual, summer skirt. It's not for to dress up but it's decent enough for to go to a fair in it or to shopping or to a diner for a treat. I'd combine it with white top, maybe something ruched /with ruffles, and white sandals, block heel, triangle closed toes, - that all for one step more polished look. And a jeans bag maybe, to round up the "rather on casual side" vibe.

It can alternatively be combined with something beige. It will also elevate the entire outfit vibe. In that case maybe some blue scarf or blue long scarf tied as a bow in the hair /hair pin, and beige heeled sandals.

For more freestyle /hippie/ freedom feeling/ creative vibe : dark green or teal top.

For more sweet /romantic look: sleeveless, heart shaped corset type of top in white, beige or black, light blue or deep metallic blue.

For more formal look/going to work : classic white shirt, blue necklace or scarf, blue blazer, white shoes. Optional : leave the shirt outside and put blue or black thin belt over the shirt.

In other words, skirt does have some potential if you play around with what it can be done with it. It's not perfect but it can be quite easily elevated. The only question is do you like it and do you love wearing it enough to put effort into it. Good luck 💕

I do think the skirt would flow better with your body floor length or above knee. But as is it looks nice. I think bc you are long it sort of looks like it hadn’t decided which direction to go. But only if you think about it & prob most won’t.
