But I'm afraid this is bad for feet.
When I'm barefoot, I tend to walk on my toes, especially when I'm walking fast or when I'm standing for too long because my feet get tired when they're flat on the floor. It's the same when I'm wearing flat shoes but I only wear them for sport or when it's snowing.
I hope this is not too bad for my feet because I really love high heels in daily life.
