Are High Heeled Shoes Necessary?

I think high heeled shoes look awful on females, does anyone else agree with me? I also know of males that hide a extra few inches in their shoes to make them seem taller ! What is your opinion?

It's funny how men are expected to do 1,000 different things in life that aren't fun, or comfortable & which our male ancestors and then you have some lazy women talking about how it's not comfortable to do what their female ancestors did so she's not going to bother. Okay, but you get zero points for me. The woman who puts effort in does. It's the same with a woman who bothers to try and make her hair look nice and the one who does zero. Same with trying to dress nice vs. strolling around in pajamas and flip flops like a bum. So many lazy people today, deluded into believing that life is all about their individual comfort. Societies aren't supposed to be all about you as the individual. As western society falls apart, more will realize one day it's exactly this reason.

The reason high heels are attractive is nature. Younger women have longer leg to body ratios. So high heels make a woman's legs look longer, it makes them look more youthful. And youth for a woman is instinctively associated with fertility. That's why men are programmed to be attracted to women with long legs.

It's just one of many things women do to make themselves look younger.

Well, my preference is no shoes, just a toe ring. Or, if I must, ballerina style flats. However, I do have to admit that, sometimes, if I just want to wow when I am going out dancing... I cave and wear 3-inchers. I can do it for a few hours occasionally, just to feed my vanity!

Ok, so NOT the scary ones in your pic, no. However a nice 1-1.5 inch sturdy heel elevates JUST enough to help a woman maintain the natural arch of her back. The crazy 2+ inch heels are bad though.
