Is my skin normal , oily , dry or combination skin?

I can't tell whether it's combination skin as you've taken pictures from some distance, but I can tell that it's oily by just looking at the nose. 🤔

Does the skin look healthy i apply Cetaphil cleanser , moisturizer and vlcc sunscreen and in the night i cleanse with Nivea face wash and apply aloe vera Gel and retino A cream which is a vitamin A cream

Actually i have a combination skin i think so but still not sure although my skin is prone to acne specially on my cheeks. combination skin goes dry in winter and oily in summer. still i have a doubt
