Update: There's no bra on in this picture to show what my gym outfit looked like before I went to yoga class. It was a great class too. I think it's obvious that I'm not wearing a bra in these pics but so far one user couldn't tell so here's the update if someone else can't see well.

Braless Update: 👇 Yoga 🧘♀️ was amazing. I didn't wear the bra and I only got a few stares which wasn't too bad. And I didn't get thrown out the gym either lol. The guys at the front desk were very friendly and unusually chatty.

In Your Opinion: Should I Wear A Bra With This Gym Outfit?
I wore something like that but I my bra on and had a sport bra over it and then the tank top only because of my size so it won't hurt while running on the treadmill or the chance of slipping out when doing certain routines, especially since I signed up for yoga. But I have seen some women braless but you can't tell with clothes they have on. Some of my friends goes braless but it's because they have a small chest, but with your size it's probably best to wear a bra or a sport bra. For comfort try to find the ones with no wire

Why would you work out without a bra? I know it’s yoga, but still. I think wearing a sports bra is best

I dress for comfort. Better range of motion without the bra restraints
As nice as it would be to see you do yoga without your sports bra. I think it be smart and more comfortable for you to wear one so you don't have to worry about anything falling out when your doing all that twisting bending and upside-down stuff you normally to in yoga

Thank you for taking the time to explain your answer and share detailed feedback. I did test my gym outfit and my breasts don't come out when I'm doing bending over poses lol. Had to be sure I don't want to flash anyone.
Then I guess the only thing left is, are you comfortable with your nipples printing through your top? Guys and probably some girls will notice and look. I don't know if they were soft or hard when you took these pictures, but if they were soft then the will get more notice if they get stimulated or cold.
I'm comfortable with my natural body but I don't want to make others uncomfortable to the point that they report me and I get in trouble. So I figured I would ask this question.
Sure, if I study your boobs, there's a hint of nipple. I'm shocked there's a code to regulate something this personal. It isn't like you're being obscene. Are there similar codes for men? Like, they've gotta be packed into a jock. No low hanging...

Is there an actual policy? That would be the starting position for me here. Far be it from me to tell a woman to wear a bra if she doesn’t want to, especially since you can pull it off😁.
Yes if you are going outside, it is always expected that a girl would wear a bra, that's unless the person doesn't want too and doesn't care that their nips can be showing

Some one asked what do you wear to the gym. I i had started doing a dance class and i had gone in a leotard. i felt that every guy was looking at me. GREAT FEELING..
@Gagname In around about way. i dont get upset if someone sees my nipple or boob, or even my knickers. Im not shy about my body, but i could never do what some girl do on cams. Knowing any one can see them.
I love exhibitionist women—who love to dress & act “a little slutty,” and I DON’T think there’s anything wrong with this or these words.
Moreover, I love someone who is confident in who she is and what she has to offer (which is what I consider to be true “sexiness”); and I also love someone who enjoys teasing/being flirty (being “a naughty girl”), and who “indulges me” in what I like and let’s me know what she likes too (I call this being “a good little slut”).

@Gagname YES in the office its a business suit. Not really keen on the skirt. I think the blouse and skirt was designed by some sex maniac. i buy one a size bigger, and still find the skirt too short and tight. The blouse, the material shows what bra you have on so it has to be white. Not a very ideal work feeling. But when i go out i go for more loose fit. admittedly the skirt is short but thats the style these days..
If that outfit hold up your boobs fine then I say go bra less but if you think they will hang or people will look or even if you nipples are gonna be showing you can wear a bra. It all matters how you feel
Those were just suggestions. It’s not our job to tell us what you can wear. You can wear whatever you’re comfortable with. My sister always wore a modest leotard when she did gymnastics and yoga. My mom usually wore a sports bra and shorts. I’m a guy and I wear a plain white T-shirt and shorts or swishy sweat pants.
This is not funny Bra required all the time when you workout.

Who said anything about being funny? And it's not an actual requirement unless you have saggy boobs and need the bra. Mine are perky so I wear one as needed.

My point is that I can't tell that you aren't wearing one. Because I can't tell, then it should be fine. Girls really only need to wear a bra if it will be obvious that they aren't wearing one in public. For you, in those clothes, nobody would probably be able to tell.
That was what I based it on. I can't really see the shape of your nipples. Thus it's not important for you to wear a bra, as that's the best way to tell if a girl is wearing one or not.
I’d go braless. If there are guys there the will enjoy seeing your tits jiggle.

Lol! I don't go to the gym for male attention but I do go for yoga! And I think braless is best. I just want to be comfortable but I don't want to break any rules at my gym involving dress code.
