If you feel comfortable wearing that, than it should be fine I guess. Personally I think its a bit borderline bit much with how much stomach you are showing, but I see a few women wearing something similar at the gym. Just be prepared with the stares

Seriously though. tshirt with bra shelf or sports bra, and shorts, is all you need as "gym getup"
One of my ex girlfriend had thousands of bucks of "sports wear" malarkey she used to wear. It was nuts.

you look like you are going on a date. just wear a sports bra, Tee, and a pair of shorts and good pair of shoes and you will be fine.

Oh your self conscious? If you felt strange just wearing a sports bra then why isn't the resolution to put on a shirt? 🙃

I've seen women with less in our gym. The primary criteria/function for a "sport bra" or "sport top" is to control breast movement during running/jumping, so as to not overwork the connective ligaments in the breast/chest region.

You're right... wearing the sports bra alone might be a wrong move. Dudes like me would be checking out the vagina during your squats and probably be wondering in the backs of their minds..."why did this chick not wear some sports pants as well?"
00 Reply - +1 y
It looks fine to me. If youâre doing squats on video and posting it on social media, Iâd say you were begging for attention.
Assuming youâre not begging for attention at the gym, do women really find gym shorts and T-shirts interfere with workouts? NBA players compete in baggy shorts and tank tops. Why do women need skimpy spandex?

It's average female attire for gyms. Is it also provocative? Yes, but anybody with half a brain would know that women prancing around in skin-tight, ass-hugging pants, while also wearing nothing on top but a bra is provocative to guys.
12 Reply- +1 y
Woah, itâs rare for a guy to call out womens athletic attire but I really do despise it. From the short shorts to the skin tight leggings, to tight shirts or sport bras- I really donât get it. I donât know why so many women bought into that itâs appropriate because itâs now labeled âsporty.â
- +1 y
@Ukrainiangirl7 I don't think women bought into it as that; they know it's provocative. I don't believe women are stupid (albeit naĂŻve); they know exactly what they're doing: getting attention. When a guy they're not interested in approaches them they'll fall back into an innocent act, "oh, I was just minding my own business- wearing pants that show off my whole vagina- when he came up to me," but otherwise they enjoy the looks they get.

I always wear a Tshirt and pants. Looks appropriate and no one call tell me itâs not modest.
I donât wear leggings ever. Sports bras are technically underwear that has somehow become acceptable.10 Reply It is perfect. I go the gym 3-4 days a week and see mostly sports bras. Some times it is a good distraction if I'm working out too much. The difficult part is not getting a boner when I'm in tight gym shorts!

Yes but the point isnât about how you look because you are going to end up sweaty and smelly and a hot mess. Just go in there and do you. Girl just do you.

That's rather conservative at the gyms I go to in the San Francisco Bay Area.
I'd say it's fine.
There are always people who are going to judge, no matter what you wear.
10 Reply Youâre there to workout comfortably⌠if they ogle, thatâs their problem 😂. Obviously theyâre not focused on their goals. You go, girl!

I can ogle and focus on my goals at the sane time. Its a skill ;)

I knew this was narcissist Chung by her M O of needing attention.
00 Reply 2.7K opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. Lots of women wear that but you can wear anything you want to. Hell I see girls come in with sweat pants and a t-shirt on. It's whatever you feel comfortable in.
Most people don't really care what you wear in the gym.
00 Reply- +1 y
It is now of days, as long as you don't mind getting stared at. Looks like you might have a little camel toe
10 Reply - +1 y
I see no signs of being self-conscious. I see a narcissist who is here for constant validation. You can always wear a shirt. Other girls also have boobs with a narrower waist but they choose not to show it to everyone.

I Would put on a top/shirt and pull my hair up in a ponytail.

You already answered your question you don't like worrying just the sports bra. You should wear clothing that is comfortable for you. You're not there to catch some guy's attention. You're there for your own health.

If you have to ask that then that means it isn't. @cchung85999

I personally donât like girls going in basically bathing suits to the gym. They donât even work out much and they are doing it for the attention. Then they have the audacity to get mad at people looking at themâŚ
00 Reply - +1 y
Yeah why not. For me appropriate gym wear is a sports bra with good hold and I'm not fussed about what others wear.

00 Reply - Anonymous(25-29)+1 y
Wear a short t-shirt upon your sport bra, if it make you feel uncomfortable
00 Reply - Anonymous(30-35)+1 y
Sports bras are designed to be appropriate when worn with nothing over them. It's common gym wear.
00 Reply - +1 y
Usually people at the gym wear a bra that covers a bit more.

Yeah, that's what I do.
