Do you have any high-end make-up or skincare recommendations?

I don’t really like makeup or skincare stuff besides basics however if I do use it then I tend to prefer high end products (at least for makeup) my moisturiser is only £2 and amazing
The Charlotte tilbury blush collection is pretty good, Nars ‘climax’ mascara and my fave one: Becca cosmetics eyeshadow pelleted in general but I think there sold out. The one I use is usually the lilac, pale purple, light pink toned ones and the shimmer and quality is amazing

I use different brands for different products. My best advice is for you to go on the Sephora website and look at reviews. You can search through products according to your complexion, skin type, and concerns. You can also narrow reviews to the same including age brackets. It's pretty customizable.
Thing is I don't exactly want anything specific just wanted to know what other people like/recommend for something a little luxurious
One of my daughters LOVES Gucci mascara.
L'Occitane and Cle de Peau are worth the money.
I don't know if everything from them is good, but the things I've had were excellent and both companies have very good track record in terms of ingredients and business practices.
Both stupid expensive though, but I'd trust them more than designer labels.
I may be late but here goes...

First of all happy birthday! Here's some recommendations of stuff I've tried and really liked:
- Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter: Makes your makeup look really glowy and if you can't be bothered to put on full foundation, this is great for a natural look. Basically your skin, but better.
- Laura Mercier Caviar Eyeshadow Stick: I love the shade 'au natural'. It makes eyeshadow so easy and I just blend it with a bit of my bronzer.
- Chanel Rouge Coco Shine Lipstick: I get this in the shade 'boy'. It's a really moisturising lipstick and just provides a hint of colour.
- Chanel Multi-use Glow Stick: I love this!! It's so easy to put on. It's not a blinding highlight (if that's what you normally go for) but is super pretty. Also, I've found despite it being a balm, it still goes well over powder so you can top it up during the day if need be.
If you want anymore recommendations of certain types of products (i. e. blush, foundation) just send a reply. Hope this helps :)
be. ware. of E. L. F cosmetics. They sneak ingredients into their cosmetics, particularly their eyelash serums that will permenantly darken your eye color. Sadly, this is what happened to me. The company is a fraud that needs to be sued into oblivion. I recommend Nars; MAC
Elf isn't high end so no issues there
I don't know if it's considered a high end, but the Anastasia Beverly Hills Carli Bybel palette is good, and the colours are gorgeous 😍
No. The most expensive foundation I've gotten was like twelve dollars. xD Drug store is enough. I don't need to pay twenty to a hundred dollars on stuff I rarely wear.
Thanks for your opinion even though it's unhelpful
My ex used to wear Chanel lipstick and said they were good, at £30 a stick they hopefully were (certainly more with inflation etc.)
I don’t know what you’d class as high-end but Charlotte Tilbury is a great brand
I don’t know if this is high end but cerave and la roche posay are really good
the less... the better
Literally irrelevant
illiteracy...
I have $80 to spend technically I'd rather get more than less
I did refer to the makeup itself... perhaps the less makeup items, and the more you spend on skin care would be better for that pretty face of yours
especially these next months, in which the Sun will come closet to Earth... which can be not so nice on fair and light skin
I'm in a different hemisphere. I was thinking more makeup items as I get a beauty subscription box which is mostly skincare
That's right, don't spend your money on shht
Like I said I have gift cards. Kinda don't have a choice.
Right
None whatsoever
