The necklace always appealed to me in terms of accentuating the woman's neck and shoulders. The wrist doesn't quite as much for me. I like the idea of jewelry worn closer to the upper arm but I don't know what that's called and it's usually not common in Western cultures.

Oh, "armlet", apparently. I like the way that accentuates the body. But I prefer necklace if I had to pick:

i like the bracelet, but i think the neck is where most people look and would have a more powerful message when one sees it.

That cross necklace is so dainty, lol. I think cross pendants are gorgeous for necklaces. Especially in gold. But, that pendant is way too small in my opinion and it doesn’t look like a cross. A slightly bigger one would be a lot better and recognizable.
