What is some constructive criticism you want to give to the opposite gender?

Mine would be in the category on makeup, most women don't need it for starters but that's not even the main part cause I know most women do it for fun or as a hobby or cause they simply enjoy it and I totally respect it but that shiny face look isn't working, women aren't suppose to be that shiny, I don't know what makes the face so shiny where you can reflect a flashlight on their face but that ain't it no cap, it makes the skin look like it's made of some polished rubber and it can look weird depending on the amount of shine you add lol

Maybe it's an oil they apply or something and I'm confusing it with makeup but either ways, skin isn't suppose to be shiny like a rich bald man's head or at least not the skin on your face lol

I agree heavy makeup doesn't look good on anyone, but natural or no makeup makeup can actually look good sometimes.

I would say they need to learn that there is a difference between being treated respectfully and being respected. It's a fact that respect is earned, not given. A person doesn't choose who they respect. When someone tries to demand respect without earning it, they will never be successful.
