Oh I actually own a pair. They're of legging material but they look exactly like that. Also they have two loose fabric so you can tie it into a bow either in the front or the back of the pants. And the top of the waist band has this wavy material. It's hard to explain. Let me find a picture.

I think pinstripes are smart and classy. I find these days you stand out wearing them whether it be trousers, jackets, shirts, skirts, dresses, etc.
