I wanted a more defined nose so I had silicone implant put into my nose to increase the height, should I remove it?

I had the implant because my sister did and hers looked really good but I never thought it through. It looked really good when I first got it done but now I notice that it's lopsided, as in it's shifted to one side more. My friend likes it. I got a boyfriend who loves me but I'm worried that if I removed it, his feelings would be different towards me. But I liked my natural nose more, so should I remove it or get it replaced? Thank you

I'm not really a fan of plastic, so I might be a bit biased, but if you liked your natural nose more, I'd definitely get it removed. Besides, your boyfriend should like you for you, and certainly not for what you're doing with your nose or how it looks, right?
