Should I get a nasal implant removed or replaced with ear cartilage like doctor suggested?

I'm going to get revision rhinoplasty soon. I had an implant inserted into my nose to make it longer and also the bridge higher. The doctor said there will be a dent if I remove the implant and suggested that I take some cartilage from my ear and insert it into my nose, but there are many extra fees, such as the process of extracting the cartilage from my ear and raising it costs extra. What do you think about that? Should I do it?

Okay this is going to be a hard question for me to answer because I can find beauty in everything will you do me a big favor is there any way possible that I can see your nose I just want to see how much character gives you I mean I understand and I respect all your reasons for doing it but I am just so curious on what you want to change if it's possible please I would love to see your nose

I don’t know. Do what your doctors say. I’m not a fan of cosmetic surgery especially in Asia where nipples noses and lips are so important 🤷🏻‍♂️
