Or are you implying that after that particular color tends to go transparent if the material is thin enough. I believe most places in the US could give you a ticket in this case but it wouldn't be for public nudity. I believe it would be indecent exposure. I'm at not sure on that. But I do believe some sort of ticket could be issued.
