3 - Ugly. They have no potential to ever be better looking. Most people will consider them unattractive or an eyesore. Bad skin, asymmetrical features, bad teeth, or simply just old.22 - Super Ugly. As bad as any normal person can look. Very likely has extremely poor health and other cosmetic medical conditions. Almost everyone will consider them hard to look at.
1 - Disfigured/deformed. No healthy human being can be a One. This person has medical deformities or were involved in an accident that disfigured them. They look more monstrous than human.

I'd consider myself a 4 on my worse days, and a 6 with a proper haircut, shave, and shower.
How would you rate your looks on a One-to-Ten scale?
I like the fact that you went into details on each number as well, so I'll go with those descriptions to give a rating.
On a bad day, about 4.5, so something between your definitions of 4 and 5 and on a good day, about a 7.
Ultimately I groom the complete crap out of myself and I'm consistent with my skincare and all that kind of stuff.
That being said, I don't think my skin looks that amazing for someone that puts in the amount of effort I do:
My hairline is naturally really far back, which limits my hairstyle options, as my hair is long. It's also frizzy, flyaway prone, tangle prone, mixed textured (straight from the front and curly from the back), thin, doesn't stay straight if I straighten it and looks like it's been stuck at the same length forever.
For a while, I've also been doing facial exercises to see if I can shape my jawline up, as well as lower my beard line to help with that and whilst it is a bit different, I do have a tendency to get ingrown hairs on my face and pick at them, so I do have some scarring just above my beard line and eyebrow area, so my skin doesn't look as good as it should there. Depending on the lighting, my dark circles look more or less pronounced and I've been using a skin whitening cream around my eye area and I think it's helped a bit, just hard to tell, due to the lighting thing I mentioned earlier.
If I get rid of the above flaws, I think I'd look a lot better in the face/head area, at least, but I'm still 5'2, but do have a slim, lean muscular physique that I think a lot of women would find aesthetically pleasing.
Based on this maybe a 5-7 depending on the day, but I do have body dysmorphia and don’t really know what I look like so I’m unsure.
I have recently worked on myself, like I have lost weight and got Invisalign so I have straight teeth (they were VERY squint before), I’m hygienic, try to dress well, wear makeup half the time but not very heavy, try to get my hair done when I can etc.
There are just some features that you can’t change though - like my nose is a bit squint and a bit too big and so are my eyes. I have a small mouth, a round face and a small head, not very defined jawline, etc. So I think this makes me less attractive. I know from growing up and the way people interacted with me compared to my friends that I’m not the best looking, but I also don’t think I’m the worst looking. It could be worse.

Based on this a 5. I always think fairly and objectively when I rate myself out of 10. But people like to Lie to me 😑 and say I'm not being fair. But trust me everyone knows where they stand especially if you've lived enough experiences showing you where you stand.
Before attempting to answer, I Googled and found the following:

Not that I don't have them but I'm not clear on what defines the #1 and #11. However, I know I have the other characterists. Therefore, I consider myself to be within are very near the top 10 percent.
I’d give myself a 7. I think I do look cute, but if I gained more weight and fixed my dark circles, I’d look prettier.
Then again, beauty is subjective. A lot of people these days, have different preferences. Some may not find me attractive because I don’t fit their standards and that’s alright

I believe this question and this scale is entirely subjective. Even if someone is in Hollywood industry, doesn't mean they're universally beautiful. They could be considered less attractive in a different area in the world with different beauty standards. There are 7.6 billion people in the planet and beauty standards are different from place to place and time to time
@Ms_Facesitter If you're next to a short guy (less than 183 cm), does that raise your personal rating? Like you feel like an 8.5 or 9 then, because you're next to a man weaker than you?
Based on what women have told me and how they've acted, probably 9+. But as I always try to tell guys without looks: it doesn't mean as much as they think. Not if you actually want serious stuff in life and not just shallow stuff.
You're like the dude in a horror movie complaining that the hot looking vampire chicks won't let him take them home. I'm glad that I didn't date a lot of women in my life. I did find the right one eventually.
If I don’t wear makeup or dress in an odd style of fashion I think like just about every girl finds me attractive but when I do wear makeup and dress all gothy I think I might be a 10/10 in that niche. Like I’ve never seen a guy in that niche who was better looking than me. But this is all weird to say so take this with a grain of salt.
I rank myself high because tbh I don't have issues pulling any guy I want. I have a baby face, I'm tall for a woman, and I have a curvy body. Plus, I like to think of myself as a well rounded individual.
I genuinely work hard to be the best version of myself that I can be. And despite being so driven in my life goals I can say I'm a damn girlfriend. And I would be an amazing ass mom, my parenting style is simialr to Kylie. I'm pretty fucking funny when I want to be too. My biggest flaw is that I have health issues that could progress if I don't stay super healthy. So counting that, on a bad day I'm a 7.
5'7" isn't even tall on a girl, though... And that person isn't even all that curvy either; just an average build with a flat stomach. I guess I was expecting goddess mode, not an everyday woman and height.
Right now I'd consider myself an 8.5. I agree that the only way someone is a 10 is if they happen to have the specific features that another person wants the most in a mate. A 10 in one person's opinion may be a 7 in another person's opinion.
