it is, however, attention-seeking and a call for others to observe how "perky" (v. saggy) one's extremeties are.

I don't care for it and I think you look like a slut in it. I think it makes you look like you need to pull your crop top down. It might make more sense if you were wearing it and your were braless but not for me. There isn't any support.
