The girl in the before picture had a unique feature and looked like a cute "girl next door". The after picture looks like every other stupid Instagram model bimbo. She lost her uniqueness.

So, I beg to differ. Nose surgery doesn't make them more attractive at all. And it should only be used if there's breathing issues or complete disfigurement.

If your nose doesn't have a hump isn't very big, I wouldn't recommend it, as it can mess with your face proportions. Not all people look good with a small upturned nose. I would consult a board certified surgeon, before making a decision
