Is it a turn off if your girlfriend says she doesn't like her nose? and wants a nose job?

if she says her nose is ugly will you now notice that it IS UGLY and find it a turn off?

is it better if we don't say these things?

for example I want to get a nose job, I don't like my nose but my boyfriend has never said anything about my nose, if I say it, will he then start to notice it? and find it attractive? therefore finding ME somewhat unattractive now?

if my girlfriend wanted a nose job I would not constantly take notice of her nose and find it unattractive

If a guy is dating you, then he has already overlooked any imperfection you may think you have. Drawing attention to it would serve no purpose. Going on about it only establishes that you are an insecure person, which is a red flag. Because it seldom starts or ends with the nose... it bleeds into many other things later.
