Not at all. , as long as she is honest with me is all that matters , I wouldn’t be getting naked with her if I already didn’t like her or find her to be attractive in the first place , her little marks or scars isn’t going to stop me from wanting her. I know most people are nervous when it comes down to that stuff , and as long as they are honest about it? , they really have nothing to worry about , It turns me on more , when a girl is honest with me I been with a few girls’ that had scars and marks that were nervous about them I said that mark doesn’t make you less beautiful to my eyes and then I’d kiss it lol Damn I got laid good lol
Not even in the least. The only area cosmetic surgery seems to be problematic is when they start with the face. I’ve seen a lot of those look really bad. As far as body though, she has nothing to be ashamed of.
Who gives a damn if he did or didn’t. Plenty of men who wouldn’t care so on to the next.
I would never date another girl but I would prefer all natural as well on men.

One exception. Fake boobs are always a turn off for me. They may look good when fully clothed, but they never look natural when naked. It's way better to have small natural breasts than big fake ones.
If she got some thing like bigger breasts from implants or fat grafting, I wouldn't complain, about her improving herself. Just as long as she wasn't a surgery addict.
I`m not perfect either, but never thought in a million years to alter my body, you know there is a saying : "once the body went under the kinfe" that`s not a full body anymore".
It would be a deal breaker. It means what ever alterations she had done wouldn't transfer to the children.. Additionally it means she was lying to me the entire time we were in a relationship. the second part is the deal breaker not the first part.

I like natural... I am not a fan of fake. Only exception; plastic surgery to correct damage from accidents. Not surgery just "to look better".
I'm definitely not perfect don't get me wrong but I prefer a girl that is real over fake any day of the week.
If it were nearly inauspicious, I wouldn't mind, but if she resembled Pam Anderson ( a Canadian actress built like a big-nosed boy before rhinoplasty and an obvious boob job)'fraid not.

I wouldn't know the before and after but assuming I found you attractive in the first instance, I don't suppose the marks would not phase me. I don't expect perfection. But then maybe you do.
