Keep your judgmental comments to yourself, I'm just curious.  Think of a girl, she wants to look like a korean for a purpose, will she achieve her goal if she gets plastic surgery for it? Lol #Humeyrahaktanır

Nope I don't think it's possible. Because see, the Korean standards of beauty are such like Small face, V shaped jaw, straight symmetrical eyebrows and such and most of it depends on the Genetics. Even in Korea,

very rarely only, people match really closely with Korean beauty standards.

He is really close to Beauty standards for Men

And genes do play a really big part. Plastic surgery won't give you accurate results. Even many K-idols aren't able to match Korean Beauty standards yet they are really good looking anyways.

Plastic surgery can't give you a pure Korean look. It's even really rare to get such look in Korean anyways.

And remember even if you have all the features for a perfect Korean look you still won't look pure Korean because as I said genes play an important part. You see Oli London lol, he matches with Korean standards too but he is far from being considered a human too. However if you want to try for looking East Asian then yes it possible.

No, she'll look like she got hit in the face with a shovel. There's a British or American guy that decided to get plastic surgery to look like some KPop person and that's what he looks like.

What I have noticed is that if an Asian girl dies her hair than it can be quite difficult to tell she is Asian or Caucasian.

eg I saw two girls both with orange died hair. I guess that they were friends and decided to go the same hair color. On closer inspection one was Asian and the other Caucasian but it was difficult to pick.

So my thought is maybe the girl who wants to look Korean doesn't need surgery and if she gets long black straight hair she will achieve most of it without surgery. She has to have long straight black hair to look Korean and it will take while to grow it out - so she may as well start on that.

Looking like is not being. Surgery can change appearance, though surgery does nothing to change the basic fundamental person.
One thing that comes to mind is the obstacle of cultural appropriation. How would the girl deal with the accusation that the surgical modification was motivated by a desire to steal a cultural/ethnic/racial culture to which she is not by birth entitled.
Achieving the goal is dependent on the situation. She might or might not achieve the ends she seeks. Much depends on the success of the surgery, and most importantly on the behavior and talent of the girl after surgery has healed.

I don't think so. But honestly same thing goes for a white person that wants to turn into a Black person, or a Korean person that wants to look white. They have different face structures, features, eye shapes and skull shapes. You can emulate some of these feature with plastic surgery, but not change your ethnicity completely
At best, they can look mixed race (white and Korean) or racially ambiguous
