Are one-piece clothes (leotards, jumpsuits, rompers, etc) as much of a pain as I imagine?

my ex wore them occasionally but she got ones where the crotch area could open. with a zipper or snaps to make using the bathroom or fooling around easier. she would often wear a skirt, shorts or pants with them. to cover up her crotch area so other people didn't notice the snaps or zipper though.

A romper is a full body suit though, right? So you'd have have to pull the whole thing down from your shoulders and such.
