How can I best repair this hair damage?

My hair is damaged from long term use of hard water, which i haven't been able to get rid of.

Ooof! First, trim your split ends. Then buy anything that says “repair” or “keratin” in the women shampoo aisle. Trust me, I’ve seen guys are more fans for women shampoo than men shampoo.
