T-shirt and shorts during the warmer months, and jeans and a hoody during the cooler months. Sometimes during really cold days/nights I'll wear fleece pants for extra warmth, but not often.

Underwear when alone and I do live alone i would go without even that but I do think it protects from catching some bacteria in an unwanted area
