Them and always wear a pair (lol that rhymed) to the gym
Do you wear shorts over the top?
Do you feel self conscious because they are so tight?
Do you wear under them?
I only wear them for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu No Gi during grappling training or competition. I wear grappling shorts over the top though. Usually I do it for competition to prevent rash and have protection. For practice, typically, I wear just the shorts and a rash guard long sleeve shirt.
I have a couple of pairs I use for running.
the hardest bit is actually getting a pair that are not too tight as to be uncomfortable, not too lose, have enough give and range of movement.
Itβs a toss up between price, fit and comfort and how they look, you can only do so much plain black lol.
i do not usually wear shorts over them, popping into village shop on way back from a run can be amusing lol.
Thanks for MHG

I don't usually wear them unless it's cold but I do wear like those legging like shorts in place of underwear usually. Either way I do use normal sport shorts over it cause you'd be able to see everything, and I'm not trying to flash a bulge to everyone at the gym 😅😂
Hahahah is that what you're trying to see? ππ
Like some sweat pants and shorts a bulge comes through here and there... But compression stuff like that, it's already showing even if you're soft
Honestly if I got a boner, you'd probably be able to see the details x) wayyy too tight... and with that I'll go make this comment anon hahaha
Dm if you want tho π
I wear like short tights I guess that end above knees
helps To run faster
i also sometimes wear compression leg sleeves if I get shin splints
I always wear compression boxer briefs and loose athletic shorts over them.
Yup, I wear them running in cold weather.
sometimes Iβll wear shorts over them, sometimes not
Honestly, I have never understood the supposed benefit of them.
I don't wear them. I never understood what the point of the compression leggings is.
I wear women's leggings and put on sweatpants over them. I just like the feel of women's leggings.
Nope do you
