Skirt+cardigan outfit? Should I leave it loose or tucked in?

Question

I got bored this evening and ended up trying out various outfits. In the end I like this combination the most. I think the dusty pink is quite lovely when combined with the "innocent" looking white skirt and the sandals go quite well with the belt.

What I'm torn about is whether I should go for the belt or not and if not, should I then leave it tucked in or loose? :D

I'd also like to hear your opinions whether you like this outfit.

I'm trying to think of places where I could wear this - any ideas?

First off is just like to say that you looks amazing and you will definitely turn heads Bo matter how you wear it.

secondly I voted for the belted look because I like the color contrast better with all the brightness and then that black blocking in the middle. Also that color combination is priceless and even the textual combination of the Jean skirt and the cardigan. It’s hot! For sure! However (and this may be part of why more of the girls went with the loose look) cardigans don’t tend to stretch well. And as neat as the tucked look is and I think it flatters your body more. If you lift your arms above your shoulders at all it will untuck and that won’t look good at all. Lol! If you had something with a little more give this would look amazing. But I think your best bet is going to be leaving it untucked.

I think honestly this outfit is something really fitting for you, I sincerely like more the tucked + belt solution, since the dusty pink is not contrasting so much with the white skirt, so the black belt helps to detach them. Differently, if the cardigan was of another colour (for example, blue) I would say you can bring it tucked but without belt.

I think this outfit is good for a date, or also for an informal meeting, or a casual dinner out. It offers really various occasions to be wore, since it’s not provocative or too showy.

For this top which is already end up high waisted, either tucked in or not look fine, but if you choose to wear belt with it, which I think look great in you, yes tucked it in for sure.
Also it brings your legs longer and thin.
I myself love cardigan+skirt combination too.

Tucked with the belt. Shows off your figure more with it tucked, and of course you must accessorize with the belt. Never tuck without a belt, that goes for guys and girls. And people that tuck are more confident with their body image, because the untucked makes you think they are hiding something or they are insecure about their waist line.

With a cardigan that just ends like that, the belt adds a nice contrast. If there was some decorations at the end of the cardigan, a loose version could work, but otherwise tucked works better, and always go with the belt.

I like untucked the best. I mean it looks like a casual everyday look. I think you could pull that look off just about anywhere, so no stresses with “where can I wear this?”.
