What exactly should a guy wear in summer ladies? what shouldn’t he wear?

I mean it's summer everyone wear sandals; people that wear sneakers in this heat are crazy I don't understand, some also wear skinny jeans cause they don't like their legs or long sleeves since they don't like their fat arms; I mean at a moments it's summer...
