Are mirrors or cameras show u how exactly u look?

I know mirror shows a reverse image of u. But have u ever had one kf ur family standing right beside u so u can compare them in the mirror to a pic? Without putting the flip image into perspective. Is the mirror a truer representation of how ur face look e. g how cute u look?

Mirrors are only accurate if you have very symmetrical features. Otherwise, I've researched this before and a high quality camera with a telephoto lens (Like photographers use) is the most accurate representation of how you actually look to other people. To test it just look at a photo of you standing with family or friends, the other people in the photo look accurate to how you see them in real life, so that would indicate that the image of you keep accurate to how they see you as well.
