I'm not a fan of long toenails. 🤢 I never let mine get past the end of my toes. I get pedis about every other month or more as needed.

I keep my fingernails trimmed because they look cleaner to me and they tend to break if I let them grow out too much. I like them with just a touch of white at the edges. I probably trim or file once a week.

Yes, I suppose…I’m already getting ear hair so I think I’m high functioning on hair/nail hormone. Once a week cleaning 🧹 you know.
