Swim briefs at the beach?

Briefs and speedos are a turnoff in itself. I like Boxers or boxer briefs on a guy. But Knee length Trunks (similar to boxers but diff material) if he's going swimming

I don't even wear underwear because I hate the constricted, claustrophobic feeling and penises aren't meant to be squished all the time in my opinion.
