  @justFriend no it is the blue user that you are responding to. He has me blocked and I have never seen that username.
  
  That tells me he is trying to avoid moderators and has had other accounts that I have likely frozen. It is a big red flag when a new account that I have never interacted with blocks me.
  
  Not to fear though. I have forwarded this to other mods that will keep an eye on it.
