It happens to me all time. Sometimes its even a full moon, yet I still don't notice. There is never a breeze to me or anything... the only way I notice is if it touches something.

I guess you could put one of those magnetic alarm sensors like they put on windows. if your shirt separates from your pants an alarm should sound.
